Conga hit me up with a bill for a bunch of licenses I ain't even using. When I asked to swap a few, they said it wasn't possible and that I gotta pay for stuff I don't need.

I can't even reach anyone directly; all the sales calls go straight to voicemail. It's just a whole lot of back and forth, and now they’ve removed me as a contact.

Solid product and awesome support, yet Conga has turned into this massive company focused on big systems, leaving the little guys in the dust. Now, 10 licenses is the bare minimum, and we can't go any lower than that. As a small and struggling business during these tough times, we ain't too happy about you not doing your part.

This is an awesome tool for managing the contract life cycle - boosts productivity, shows that negotiating contracts ain't as daunting as it appears. We really appreciate how simple the setup is and the effective workflows we can create around Conga Contracts, and even more crucially, INSIDE Conga Contracts. Can't wait to get Conga AE and Grid up and running, eager to see how they'll benefit us - exciting times are on the horizon!

This product is just what we were looking for, and the support from the Conga crew has been top-notch. They're always ready to help you sort out any problems. Seriously, I've had some of the most outstanding customer service moments with Conga compared to any of my other salesforce suppliers.

At first, we were really let down by how this company handled customer service. When we figured out we weren't using the product, we attempted to cancel our contract. Unfortunately, we had just renewed it by mistake due to some internal communication issues. Even though they could see we hadn’t used the product and recognized our error, they initially wouldn’t budge on giving us a refund.

Luckily, senior management took a second look at our situation and chose to meet us halfway. We would’ve liked a full refund since we didn’t use the product at all, but we’re content with the partial refund and ready to move forward. We might think about this product again down the line.

Conga offers the necessary tools to swiftly and effectively generate branded, standardized documents using my Salesforce data. The available button settings allow me to decide if my Salesforce users need to select a template, specify the recipient or storage location, determine the output format, and so on. Alternatively, I can set everything up in advance so that all the user has to do is hit a button. Plus, I can even use workflows to eliminate the need for users to press a button at all, triggering Conga based on a change in field state instead.

Conga's Support team is top-notch. If you can't locate what you're looking for in their documentation, just shoot them an email, and they get back to you super fast, providing exactly what you need along with helpful examples.

I really dig Composer, but man, it’s a hefty tool and tricky to get the hang of. The guides aren’t the best, making it tough for newbies to figure out how Conga operates. On the flip side, if you’ve got some experience, you can create some really awesome stuff.
